Travel Information

Flying to Colorado Springs Municipal Airport (COS)

The conference hotel does not have a shuttle from the Colorado Springs Airport. If you are not renting a car then the best option for ground transportation from COS to the hotel is to use "Meet and Greet" hotel transportation services at http://www.meetgreetcs.com/

You need to reserve in advance but the ride share is about 21 dollars one way or a private sedan is 35 dollars one way. As their name implies they will meet guests in the airport and will monitor flight status and will not leave without you. A standard cab ride goes for about 27-35 dollars.

Flying to Denver International Airport (DEN)

If you are not renting a car at the Denver airport then the best option for ground transportation from DEN to the hotel in Colorado Springs is to use Colorado Shuttle at http://www.coloradoshuttle.com/ You should also make advance reservations to use this service.

This company is also working with us to see if we can get a reduced group rate, but only if we have enough riders arriving and leaving about at the same time. If we have 10 people on the van they indicated that the price would be about $45 per person (one way). If you would like to have you name added to this list please email your name and your flight arrival and departure days and times to the sia at sia@mtu.edu.
