On-line Registration - SIA Industrial Archeology Consultant Directory

(1) Fill out the registration form once for each listing. ***Be sure to complete the required fields***

(2) When you have completed the form, make a note of the total amount due. A $25 registration fee is required and you must be a current SIA member. (You can join or renew on form below).

(3) Click the "Submit form" button on the bottom of the page to send form to the Society for Industrial Archeology. You will receive an email message from the SIA outlining your registration.

(4) Your browser should then display the "SIA Form Sent" page with a link to our SECURE CHARGE CARD payment form or information about PAYING BY CHECK.

Click the link to go to the SIA SECURE payment form if you wish to charge your registration. Fill out the SECURE payment form and click the "Submit payment" button to complete your on-line payment. Be sure to fill out all fields on the SECURE payment form. Incomplete payment information will delay your registration. You will receive an email message confirming your online payment.

If you wish to PAY BY CHECK, you will be asked to mail your check payment to the SIA, Dept. of Social Sciences, MTU, 1400 Townsend Dr, Houghton, MI 49931.
