We must have your name, mailing address, daytime phone, email address and credit card payment information to process your membership. The SIA does not make commercial use of any information you give us. The information is primarily used for contacting members about IA related events and issues. • Join the SIA by post/mail. Print-out the membership form on your printer. Send the completed form with a check or money order (made out to the SIA and must be in US dollars drawn on a US bank) or credit card account information (Visa, MasterCard or Discover Card - please be sure to include your account information (name as it appears on card, card number and expiration date). Memberships run with the calendar year. New members receive all journals and newsletters mailed during the year, no matter when enrolled. All new members receive one extra journal during their first year. New members joining during the last quarter of the year are enrolled as members through the following year at no extra charge. New and gift members will receive a welcome package of information about the SIA via regular mail. Renewing members and gift givers will receive an acknowledgement of on-line membership payment.
